Please review the following policies before visiting Mount Jamieson

School Group Waiver – OSBIE Form

All school groups participating in skiing or snowboarding at Mount Jamieson Resort must complete the OSBIE (Ontario School Boards’ Insurance Exchange) Informed Consent and Acknowledgement of Risk Form prior to their visit.

This waiver is required for all students, teachers, and volunteers attending a school-organized trip.

Please ensure each participant returns a signed copy to their school before arrival.
